Responsibilities of the Candidate
- Achieve assigned targets for the respective Retail Asset Products in the designated area/branches/channels.
- Achieve the minimum productivity benchmark set by the team and follow the sales process.
- Coordinate with the Credit and Operations team for the resolution of cases.
- Transparency in offering the schemes to each customer.
- Ensure the customer is briefed on the policy details to avoid mis-sell and miscommunication.
- Assist the customer in logging in to disbursal formalities.
- Ensure calling on leads received/follow up from channels and references received from existing customers.
- Maintain Internal Rate of Return (IRR)/Processing Fees and other charges as per product requirements.
- Coordinating with Sales Manager, Branch team (including Branch Managers), in doing road show, branch/cooperate display activities, and Loan Mela.
- Timely and proper reporting is to be done regularly to supervisors on daily affairs. Also, provide information on internal & external development which is to the benefit of the business.

This is an online MCQ assessment focused on general aptitude. Attempt 20 questions within a time period of 20 minutes.
Profile Verification
Shortlisted candidates have to submit their college identity card and Aadhar card for their profile verification before proceeding for the interview rounds.
Psychometric Assessment
Attempt the psychometric assessment within the stipulated time period. This is also an eliminatory round and shortlisted candidates will get an opportunity to appear for interviews.
Interview
Shortlisted Candidates will be appearing for interviews with HDFC Bank. The interviews will be conducted post successful profile verification.
