What would you do?
1. Infra Managed Services
- Manage infrastructure services and operations for on-premises and cloud-based technologies.
- Manage and operate infrastructure and operations in line with service and experience level agreements.
- Maintain reliable and secure IT infrastructure.
- Identify ways to continually improve services and increase operational effectiveness.
- Manage and govern ongoing service delivery and enhancements. [Accenture Off Campus Drive 2025]
2. Application/Cloud Support
- Support, monitor, and maintain applications and cloud computing systems.
- Apply technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve application issues.
3. Project control services
- Enable program management and increase the overall quality of Technology Delivery
- Support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office activities
- Proactively monitor, manage, report on execution of deliverables, and solve issues
- Manage multiple stakeholders to align priorities and direction [Accenture Off Campus Drive 2025]
4. Low/no code app development
- Develop applications using a low-code development platform, setting up and configuring systems for each client’s unique requirements.
- Work with three key elements: form builders, pre-built templates, drag-and-drop visual interface, entity builder.
- Research and analyze internal business processes with the scope of optimizing and automating them. [Accenture Off Campus Drive 2025]
5. Quality engineering
- Creation of test designs, test processes, test cases and test data.
- Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives.
- Responsible for designing testing scenarios for usability testing.
- Prepare all reports related to software testing carried out.

What we need?
- Minimum criteria- Non engineering graduate / post graduate such as B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com etc (except engineering stream of B.E/B.Tech /ME/ Mtech or MCA or MSc (CS/IT/Computer Applications/ Data Science/ Computer Science & Applications)- any year of passout till 2024
- No active backlogs during application and/or during onboarding.
- You should have completed your relevant degree (eligible for this job role), in the stipulated duration of the degree. Hence, there should be no gaps during the course of your degree. Eg: You must complete your BBA in 3 years or your M.Sc (PG) in 2 years.
- Candidate should not have appeared for Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview process in the last three months.
- Candidate should not have more than 23 months of full-time experience.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in India by citizenship/ have relevant work permit documents. Please note that Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without a need for obtaining a work visa. Process:
Step 1: Apply for Job Role
- If you are eligible, you will receive an email invitation to attend online assessments
- The assessment is scheduled in two stages, and must be completed within the scheduled time
Step 2: Mock Assessment
- You will get a 10-minute mock/practice assessment
- Mock assessment is mandatory, and it will ensure that you have the right hardware, software and internet
- This assessment will help you to get an experience of the assessments
Step 3: Assessment #1: Cognitive assessment
- You will get 50 minutes to complete this assessment
Step 4: Cognitive assessment includes 50 questions on:
- English ability
- Critical thinking and Problem solving
- Abstract Reasoning
Cognitive assessment result will be notified within 5-10 minutes post completion. You are advised to remain seated and await result.
Step 5: Assessment #2: Cognitive & Technical assessment
Note: Cognitive Assessment is mandatory and will be an elimination round. However, Technical Assessment will be a non-elimination round in case you choose Assessment type as “Cognitive & Technical Assessment”. Step 3: Assessment #3: Communication assessment
- The duration of this assessment is approximately 30 minutes
