Analysts use numerical data and computer systems to identify trends, develop business insights, and help companies optimize processes, reduce costs, and create business strategies. These professionals may specialize in a certain aspect of business and their titles may vary to reflect their focus.
We are looking for an insightful, detail-oriented analyst to work with our internal departments and management team as they collect and review data and use findings to optimize processes and develop stronger, more effective business strategies. The analyst will use creativity and technical skills to locate data sources, mine, review, validate, protect, and store data, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and use findings to develop strategies to reduce costs, improve processes and practices, and increase efficiency, quality, security, and consistency. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Expected to be well versed with the new medium and using the web space effectively. He/She must have an analytical thought process combined with an attention to detail in order to help in suggested ads creation.
- Review Ads, Search Contents.
- Prepare Ad Content and Creatives.
- Review search contents and classify them as per client guidelines.
- Review Contents given by client – Comments / edit.
- Review landing Pages / Home pages.
- Analysts have to check the quality of the content for advertisements. He/she must ensure that the text content that goes online is not offensive or violates any copyright laws.[Virtusa Hiring KPO Analyst]
Preferred Qualifications:
- High proficiency in Verbal /Written English.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets & Google Docs.
- Good working knowledge about the Internet.

Salary Package & Shift details:
- Fresher CTC- 211473 LPA with 14 Month service agreement only for Freshers (as they are looking for stable candidates)
- Shift will be rotational shifts (5:30 AM -2:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM) , since these projects work 365 days a year , people get rotational 2 offs every week which can be on any day of the week .
Note: Once you complete the L1 and L2 interviews online and are selected in L1 & L2, you will need to visit a Virtusa office (any of this HYD, CHE, BLR, or GUR) in person to complete the Versant test and HR discussion. The office location address will be shared with you after you clear L1 and L2. After completing the HR discussion and being selected in the overall round, you will need to visit the office for final onboarding at your chosen work location (either Hyderabad or Gurgaon only).
