The opportunity

We are seeking an API Developer and Cloud Development professional to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with 0-3 years of experience to contribute to cutting-edge API solutions on Azure/AWS cloud platforms.

Your key responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain APIs on Azure/AWS cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement API solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and optimization to improve API performance and maintainability.
  • Implement API security measures, authentication, and authorization mechanisms to protect data and endpoints.
  • Design and implement data models, schemas, and protocols for efficient data exchange and integration with external systems.
  • Monitor API performance, uptime, and usage metrics, and implement proactive measures for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in API development, cloud computing, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Document API design, development, and deployment processes, including technical specifications, API documentation, and user guides.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal teams and external stakeholders using API services.

Soft Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in API development and cloud computing, with knowledge of Azure/AWS services and tools.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java for API development.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, API design principles, and data formats like JSON and XML.
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, including scalability, reliability, and security best practices.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git and collaboration tools such as Jira.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize code.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Analytical ability to work with ML projects and develop API and prioritize tasks efficiently.
