- Knowledge of ITS security requirements and policies.
- ITS specific Software development approach according to ITS Process.
- UML component, deployment, and package diagramming.
- Automation, CI-CD, automated testing, design patterns, algorithm.
- Manage technical documentation according to ITS Process.
- Unit testing, to build comprehensive positive/negative test cases.
- Reuse of software, leveraging Inner Source possibilities.
- Debugging; Version Control.
- Estimation, Function Point Count, User Story Points.
- Proper use of internal/development tools and code repositories.
- Standard software customizing.
- Application Support.
- Source Code Quality (SonarQube, Fortify Security Scan, BU Specific requirements)
- Building and running applications in DevOps mode.
