About the Job
Job Position:
- Associate Trainee (50+ Positions)
Shift Time:
- 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift) – (Monday to Friday)
Compensation:
- INR 3.21 LPA + Incentive*
Eligibility:
B.E/ B.Tech (All Branches) & MBA
Location:
- WINWAY WORLD OFFICES, Vijay Nagar, Indore, M.P.
Job Skills and Responsibilities:
- Consult with hiring managers to understand job roles and ideal candidate profiles.
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including interviews, offers, negotiations, and candidate closures.
- Self-screen resumes to understand profiles before marketing candidates.
- Regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants to identify their needs and place them on projects timely.
- Create a vast network of Prime Vendor, Account Manager, and Client Hiring Manager contacts.
