Summary

As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Your day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues to ensure seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: –

  • Expected to build knowledge and support the team. – Participate in Problem Solving discussions. – Provide timely resolution to software-related issues. –
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system problems. – Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues. – Implement software patches and updates. –
  • Document troubleshooting steps and solutions. –
  • Assist in software testing and quality assurance processes. Professional & Technical Skills: –
  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune. –
  • Strong understanding of IT troubleshooting methodologies. –
  • Experience with software debugging tools. –
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework for incident management. –
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with mobile device management solutions. Additional Information: –
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft Intune. –
