We are looking for an Integration Engineer to join our Research & Development team. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing integration solutions that enable seamless connectivity between various business systems. The ideal candidate will be skilled in automation tools, system integrations, and problem-solving to ensure smooth data exchange across platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities :
Integration Development
- Develop and maintain Zapier integrations to connect various applications and automate workflows.
- Build integration solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business processes.
Workflow Automation
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation using Zapier.

Testing & Troubleshooting
- Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure reliability, security, and optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues efficiently.
Documentation
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integrations, including user guides and API specifications.
- Ensure clear and accurate documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather integration requirements and align solutions with business needs.

Monitoring & Support
- Monitor integration performance, identify bottlenecks, and ensure continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Abilities :

Education & Experience :
